  • We aim to reply to emails or requests within 1-2 business days (please check our business hours). For projects and content creation, we can help set the best schedule to suit your needs. If you need it done quicker, we can offer a rush option for an extra fee in your quote!

  • We can assess what you already have in relation to what you are looking to achieve and make decisions on what kind of content is required if necessary!

  • If copy is required for your website, content creation, digital or print work we can absolutely include this in your project outline. 

  • We’d love to work with you to create a Visual Identity that you love and can be proud of. We are more than happy to take what you do love and strengthen it with fresh elements and visuals.

  • For Resource Packages and Content Creation Packages: 

    Once we have come to an agreement on a collaboration, set a date and have a signed contract, we ask for a 20% deposit paid by the start date in order to begin. The remaining amount is required to be paid upon completion of the project.

    For Social Media Support contracts:

    Once we have come to an agreement on a collaboration, set a date and have a signed contract, we ask for a 20% deposit paid by the start date in order to begin. We ask that the remaining 80% be paid in instalments over the contracted period. These dates will be outlined in the contract prior to work commencing.

    Please note that without a deposit, a booking isn’t secured. If the deposit isn’t made 3 business days prior to the agreed commencement date, that date may need to be pushed back to make way for other clients.
